Lesley is Senior Adviser at The Inzito Partnership. Lesley was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Exley Hervey Executive Search, where she specialised in finding CEOs and C-Suite/ Board Directors for UK & International clients in the Retail, Luxury, Property and Art & Culture sectors.

Prior to this, she held marketing and general management roles at Selfridges, L’Oréal, Zales Jewellers, Laura Ashley and Tencel; Courtaulds/ Akzo Nobel. She is a Trustee & Remco Chair of The Retail Trust, a Director of the Holburne Museum, Bath, and a Member of WACL (Women in Advertising & Communications, Leadership).

Lesley is an experienced business leader with first-class global brand marketing credentials who is adept at giving cogent and value-added advice to boards and key stakeholders. She has handled numerous searches for Senior Executives, Non-Executives and Advisory Board Members in the Fashion, Jewellery, Textiles, Accessories, Beauty, Home, Lifestyle & Arts and Culture arenas. She has extensive experience of shaping organisations with creative solutions to deliver enhanced growth across all channels, with a consistent customer focus.
