Monique is a Partner leading Board and executive level appointments in the Financial Services sector. She has a formidable network spanning C-Suite levels across all pillars of Financial Services: Investment Banking, Corporate and Commercial Banking, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Insurance, Pension Funds, Private Equity, Digital Banking and Infrastructure. The combination of her network and experience makes her best-placed to think broadly and laterally across Financial Services and Industry working closely with the Board Practice to ensure optimal utilisation of transferable skills and diversity of thought in the transition of executive to non-executive roles; Monique leads by disrupting conventional thought.
She has over 20 years executive search experience and was previously a strategic adviser to senior stakeholders at leading European and US Investment Banks – focusing on Global Markets and Risk Management mandates across Fixed Income Capital Markets and Derivatives: Origination, Syndication, Sales, Trading and Structuring for a large number of senior EMEA and US hires, instrumental in team moves and regional build-outs.
Monique was Founder and Partner at Palatine Partners LLP where she advised select clients and executed senior mandates providing strategic and bespoke executive search solutions. Prior to this Monique was a Managing Director at The Rose Partnership responsible for managing the Global Markets Practice for EMEA positions across Fixed Income and Equity Derivatives at Global and European Head level. She started her career as an Equity Warrants Trader for a boutique Hedge Fund.
Monique holds a BSc degree in Mathematics and Management from King’s College, University of London.
She is fluent in Hindi and has a good understanding of Danish.
