Katy is a Consultant and works on both executive and non-executive searches. She has experience of working cross sector in industries including Media, Business Services, Software, Pharma, Data Analytics, Property, PropertyTech and Private Equity backed businesses.
Prior to joining Inzito she worked at The Barton Partnership leading the research function within TMT. She started her career in search with Hanson Green, a specialist board boutique search firm which was later acquired by Directorbank, where she was a Senior Researcher specialising in executive and non-executive search for Private Equity investors and their portfolio companies and Plc companies in the mid-market, across a wide range of sectors.
