Carol is Head of the Board Practice at The Inzito Partnership. She specialises in the recruitment of chairmen, chief executives, non-executive directors, finance directors and other main board roles. Prior to its acquisition by Whitehead Mann in 2004, Carol was the Chief Executive and founder of Leonard Hull International, she then ran the Board Practice at Whitehead Mann for five years. She began her executive search career at Norman Broadbent where she spent four years in the Industrial and Commercial Practice and then became Head of Financial Services. She was previously a financial journalist with The Times, The Evening Standard and Channel Four. She holds a degree in politics and international studies from Southampton University and is a Visiting Fellow of the Saïd Business School, at the University of Oxford.
Rowena is Head of the Private Equity Practice at The Inzito Partnership. Previously she was a founding member of Blackwood Group where she spent nine years working across the Private Equity, Financial Services and Board Practices. Prior to that she spent six years at The Rose Partnership working in all product areas of investment banking, private equity and professional services. Rowena holds a degree in Latin from the University of Bristol.
Angela is Head of Research at The Inzito Partnership. Previously she led the research function within the Board Practice at Whitehead Mann. She was a director of Leonard Hull International, before its acquisition in April 2004. She started her search career at Norman Broadbent where she spent four years, having previously worked with a French management consultancy based in Paris and London. Angela began her career with the BBC. She holds a history degree from the University of Wales.
Tom is Head of the TMT Practice with The Inzito Partnership. He has operated at Board level, as Chief Executive, Chief Operating Officer, Divisional Managing Director and Non-Executive Director, for many years. Prior to joining Inzito Tom has been working as a coach and consultant. He spent over 20 years with Emap, the highly regarded media company, which was formerly a constituent of the FTSE100. He served as Chief Executive between 2003 and 2007. Emap published magazines, organised trade exhibitions and conferences, ran radio and TV stations, websites and information businesses. The company operated across many markets including the public sector, education, construction, music, entertainment, media and retail; in both a B2B and B2C capacity. He then went on to become Chief Executive of Dr Foster Intelligence, a leading provider of healthcare information in the UK, which was 50% owned by the Department of Health.
Fiona works in the Board Practice of The Inzito Partnership where she is actively involved in executive and non-executive appointments as well as leading the Human Resource Practice. She works across all functional areas with a specialisation in the recruitment of Human Resource Directors as well as functional experts in Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Organisational Effectiveness and Talent Management. She has almost 20 years experience within executive search and has worked on a broad range of Board appointments across the commercial and public sectors. Prior to joining us, she was a consultant within the Board Practice at Whitehead Mann. Before this she worked as a consultant within the Technology and Professional Services Practice of Odgers Ray & Berndtson. She began working in the executive search industry in 1994 when she joined Russell Reynolds Associates as research manager. She began her career with strategy consultants Bain & Co, before moving to Booz Allen & Hamilton where she worked within the Financial Services Practice. She holds a degree in history and politics from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London.
Anthony is a Consultant to The Inzito Partnership, having joined the firm as a co-founder, focusing on financial services. Previously he was a partner in the financial services practice at Whitehead Mann, where he led the Markets Practice, helping both investment banks and hedge funds in making senior appointments for their trading and risk management areas.
Jennifer is a Consultant at The Inzito Partnership. Prior to joining us, she gained a number of years executive search experience in Financial Services, working across equities, investment banking and professional services. Before moving into the search industry, Jennifer worked within policy research at the United Nations. She holds a degree in anthropology from Pacific University, Oregon and an MA in Economics from the International University Bremen, Germany. Originally from the United States, Jennifer has also lived and worked in England, Germany and Spain. She speaks fluent Spanish.
Carina is an Executive Assistant at The Inzito Partnership. Prior to joining us, she spent four years as an executive assistant with the coaching department of JCA Group, as well as having worked at Odgers Berndtson. She formerly held office management positions in Ireland and the UK and has spent some time working in Australia. She is currently studying jewellery design and silversmithing with the Cass Department of Art, Media and Design at London Metropolitan University.
Eleanor is an Executive Assistant at The Inzito Partnership. Prior to joining us, Eleanor worked in offices across Europe, including Vienna and the South of France. She has also spent time living in Spain. Eleanor holds a first-class honours degree in Modern Language Studies from the University of Nottingham, and speaks fluent French, German and Spanish.
Yolanda is Finance and HR Manager at The Inzito Partnership and has over 20 years' experience in the search industry. Previously she was Payroll and Pensions Manager for over two hundred staff at Whitehead Mann. Prior to that, she was Financial Assistant at Leonard Hull International for three years before its acquisition in 2004. She spent ten years at Norman Broadbent having previously worked in a Spanish bank. Yolanda speaks fluent Spanish.
Jane is a Consultant at The Inzito Partnership. Prior to joining us, she was a senior associate within the Board Practice at Whitehead Mann, focusing on searches for main Board positions, both executive and non-executive. Jane was a researcher with Leonard Hull International prior to its acquisition in April 2004. She is an experienced research professional and has worked with a number of major executive search consultancies, including Heidrick & Struggles and Norman Broadbent, and has over 20 years’ experience in the business. Jane has a degree in history from the University of North London.
Joe is a Consultant at The Inzito Partnership, focusing upon senior executive and non-executive appointments in both listed and private companies. Prior to joining us, he spent time travelling in South Asia and worked in customer services in the leisure industry. He holds a first-class honours degree in English literature from the University of East Anglia (UEA) and an MPhil from Emmanuel College, University of Cambridge.
